What the camp provides

Your camp dues go toward the shared infrastructure that makes Cosmic Llamas work—meals, shade, power, water, and the spaces we build together.

This page outlines what the camp provides so you know what’s handled collectively.


Just as important: there are things we don’t provide.

Burning Man runs on participation and self-reliance, and every camper is expected to take care of their own ticket, transportation, and personal setup, while contributing to camp life.

Electricity for your essentials. RVs can be connected for an additional fee.

What you’re responsible for

  • Secure your own Burning Man ticket.

  • Handle your transportation to and from the playa (including your gear.)

  • Arrive by Sunday and stay through strike (no early exits.)

  • Show up and participate in camp life.

  • Come prepared — don’t rely on others for your essentials.

  • Keep our space clean (Leave No MOOP, aka TRASH.)

  • Show up for communal dinners.

  • Help with pre-playa prep, on-playa tasks, and strike so the workload is shared.

  • Making your burn the best ever and having fun in the process.
